This is great for the summer and super easy!
You will need:
-Handful of grape tomatoes
-Oregano
-1/4 cup of Basil
-1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
-Sea salt to taste
-pepper flakes for spice(optional)
Shop for different kinds of grape tomatoes, depends on your preference. Pull out the cutting board; get yourself a good cutting knife.. If you don't a good set of knives, then you are in the right place;).
Cut tomatoes in half without bruising and fill a medium size bowl. Crumble a pinch of oregano on the tomatoes then finely chop some basil, about a 1/4 of a cup, about a 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil and crack some kosher salt to taste. Chill and serve cold!
